Check-in was super smooth and the staff were super friendly. The room had a king bed, balcony, and amazing views. Amenities included AC, a coffee machine, and free toiletries. The rooftop pool was fantastic with sun loungers. Great location, close to everything you need. They really care about cleanliness and customer service.

The location of this hotel was perfect and excellent. Also, the area was pretty.

Nice decor, modern vibe. They have live music and themed dinner nights, enjoyable. The noise level due to thin walls kept me awake at night. Parking situation was frustrating, very crowded. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for peace and quiet.

Once in our room, the size was decent, and the bedding was clean. Unfortunately, noises from the neighboring rooms and the street made it hard to sleep well. Our experience was mixed at best.

The bar had creative cocktails and the food was surprisingly delicious. Enjoyed a peaceful drink while taking in the vibrant atmosphere. Make sure to reserve your spot by the pool early. It fills up fast! Perfect.

I loved that I was just a short walk from the Museum of Puerto Rico Music and Parque de Bombas, making it easy to dive into local culture and enjoy some beautiful outdoor views .

No hot water and loud nights

So, I stayed here for a night and it was kinda a letdown. The casino noise was crazy at midnight, and I couldn't sleep. My room had no hot water for a shower, and the A/C was way too cold! On a better note, the poolside drinks were nice, but that didn't make up for the hassle.

My teens loved the vibrant atmosphere and the cool music while we enjoyed the amazing views of Ponce. The infinity pool was also a hit for our family.

My kids wished there were more activities for teenagers to keep them engaged.

The comfortable bed offered a great nightly rest, but the noise from nearby parties made it hard to sleep soundly. The service was polite, yet the restaurant was overcrowded and underwhelming at breakfast. The experience could improve significantly with better management and soundproofing.

Couple seeking a unique night out

The live music in the lobby was unexpectedly great, really set a fun vibe for the night. And the rooftop bar had an amazing view, perfect for enjoying some drinks after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess for what we got, it was still acceptable.

I had a great time! They gave me an upgrade to a room with a balcony, and the food at the restaurant was just superb! I also loved that my room was perfectly clean.
